A reminder that today's Blazegraph call zoom link has been updated since I have needed to pass on facilitation to the kind and wonderful Eric Willey due to personal emergency. It is correct in the agenda.

Subject: FW: LD4-Wikidata Affinity Group Call on Tuesday, December 13th
Heads-up: Wikimedia Search Team will be at the upcoming LD4-Wikidata call, sharing updates on the backend for Wikidata's SPARQL endpoint.
Blazegraph is the current query engine, but there are significant issues with scalability-enough that the search for alternative backends are long underway, in anticipation of "catastrophic failure within the next 5 years if no action is taken" (see WDQS backend update<https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:SPARQL_query_service/WDQS_backend_up…>).
Bring your questions about Blazegraph and the future of the WDQS!
Best,
Alex
