Dear GLAMers,
After many many (many!) hours of work, I'm excited to share that the program
for the GLAMWiki Conference
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAMTLV2018/Program> in Tel Aviv is 90%
ready!
We need your help to finalize it, so please check it out and pay close
attention to the following --
1) If you are presenting - please make sure your name is spelled right and
a correct link to the username is available. If not, please update it. It's
a wiki. :)
2) Please check the link to your submission page - we need you to check
first that the right page opens, and then that the content is updated with
the right type of session, the right people and the right description. A
few submissions were either merged or changed format from their original
submission, so this is especially important.
3) Check out the time of your sessions and let me know if there are any
clashes we might have missed.
4) If your submission got approved and you don't see yourself in the
program, please let me know ASAP.
5) Make sure you sign up for sessions that you find interesting using the
right link from the program page (rather than going through all the
submissions). As mentioned, we had a few submissions that might have merged
to one, and you want to be sure to sign up in the right page.
I'm here is you have any questions / issues regarding the program. If you
have any other questions (re anything *but* the program - visa,
scholarships, accommodations, food, travel etc), please contact Gitit from
the WMIL organizing team via this email - events(a)wikimedia.org.il
Finally, I'd like to thank the program committee
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAMTLV2018/Volunteer/Program_committee>
and Deror for working on this with me for so long. We all hope to have a
fruitful and enjoyable time together!
Cheers,
Shani.
