FYI the toolserver's web server is currently giving bad gateway errors and the issue has been confirmed by multiple people, I filed a note to the ts-admins.

As an aside, I do sometimes wonder if there's a deposed prince somewhere genuinely sitting on a pile of used currency, upset that not a single soul will take him up on his offer...
