Good news - Echo has a working browser test suite Bad news - we broke something (but this is why we now have browser tests and why they are a good thing :-))
Now if a user registers they get no notification - see https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70139
I will leave S and Danny to work out how important this is to fix, or hopefully a patch will come from the community :-).
