Still waiting for a reply from Shahyar since I guess he would be the expert on what work is he doing here... I'm not sure how modal dialog related to mediawiki ui - that's G11. :)

FYI AIUI FWIW AFAICT ISTM Shahyar was working on the HTML and CSS for "G-11. spike: build modal dialog box for Hide, Delete, Suppress". Yesterday he helped with the template error that broke watch board, a fix for a JS error from the Debug toolbar fail from Flow SQL queries, and tweaks to mw-ui-quiet.
