I just looked that up on Wikipedia: It says that "Kenya" is the same name used in both Swahili and English... if that is correct (and no other language is left out in this thinking) it would make sense to use "Wikimedia Kenya". At the moment wikimedia.or.ke is _not_ registered by anyone.
