Hi,
My Pleasure. This would go hand in hand with what I am doing at the
moment- creating training content for teachers at Bridge
international. I am therefore willing and ready to participate. Thanks

Dear colleagues,
I am working on establishing a long-term partnership with an NGO named
ITOCA, dedicated to education training in Africa[1]. One aspect of our
proposed cooperation would be to introduce Wikipedia training to
the curriculum in teacher trainings ITOCA delivers. I have sent them some
training materials to review and think about, based on the training
materials[2][3] that Limoke and I had prepared for the Setswana Wikipedia
Challenge[4].
The operate throughout sub-Saharan Africa, but there is an opportunity to
be involved close to home: they are to deliver training at the Muhimbili
University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) in Dar es Salaam,
Tanzania, between Nov 29th and Dec 1st. They would like to try
incorporating Wikipedia training at this opportunity, and both they and I
think it would be best if we can involve a Wikipedian in this first time we
try to incorporate Wikipedia into their training curriculum.
Would one of the WMKE members who have some experience in editing *and* in
training be interested in going? We cover the airfare and accommodation,
and will pay a small "per diem" allowance for meals and local transport.
Thanks in advance,
Asaf
