I land in Nairobi late on the night between the 14th and 15th, around
1:30am. This means that the first meeting can take place on the morning of
the 15th.

I just noticed the 14th - 18th dates though last time
I spoke with Asaf, he
mentioned that he'll be available for 4 days; maybe he can clarify this.

Stephen,
I don't know which letter you are using, but I've attached the appropriate
one, just incase.
Oscar,
Yes, we are full. But of ideas, not confirmations. As far as I know, we
only have
Strath & Google confirmed. I second your idea about our meetup. I
was at iHub today and Tosh told me that iHub will be really busy during
mid-August.
Alex,
Asaf will be here for 5 days: from 14th to 18th.
Stephen,
Alex raised a good point regarding Egerton costing us a full day, which
will be
kinda difficult to squeeze. I think we hould put it on hold until
end of next week and if we wouldn't have gotten any confirmations from local
universities; then we can take that into consideration.
