Thought you might be interested in these feelers I put out about a possible Wikipedia Featured Videos process, and some helpful responses:

(For background, videos can currently be elevated to either Featured Pictures or Features Sounds, depending on their focus. And I actually first helped get the ball rolling on Featured Sounds a few years ago :) )
