I don't mind having a labs account, but so far the indications that I've gotten is that it has restrictions, much like the toolserver. (The toolserver was suggested as the best thing to use when we first got the idea about this).
This is not very helpful. Any shared server will have restrictions, but this doesn't mean that you always need your own. It might be a language barrier, but I assure you that from the outside it's impossible to understand what do you need and why do you need to follow this path. Anyway, good luck. And try also to contact WM-HU and WM-PL, which have some servers on their own [not only for you].
