I haven't been on Wikiversity in quite a while, but this sounds interesting, so I"ll give it a go.
I found a demo of a video available at http://www.primaryaccess.org/show.php?id=7.
The system basically offers a simple interface for viewing digital media. The system features tight integration and a clean, easy to use interface that assists the distribution and display of the media.
