HiI am not used to IRC We do have a marathi wiki workshop at Vasantrao Naik Govt.
Institute Of Arts and Social Sciences - Nagpur event is facing problem unable to create
user accounts and their IP address seems to be 117.211.27.103 and
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T154312 this phabricator request needs to be attended
on top priority.
