OK. You have been kicked out from http://myanmarwikipedia.org/myanmarwikipedia.org. No more testing.
Well, this is troubling. And so is this
http://www.myanmarwikipedia.org/wiki/index.php?title=Myanmar_Wikipedia:Site_... where it appears that the owners of that version are trying to use the Wikipedia's name to make some money. There's even a PayPal link.
And yet Okisan has attacked me and Htoo Myint Naung on public forums, alleging that we are trying to use my.wikipedia.org to make money from users. Isn't that strange? And the reason he did it? Because of the content of a newspaper article. -- Michael Everson * http://www.evertype.com

Okisan,
the point here is that myanmarwikipedia.org is using the name "Wikipedia" and a version of the Wikipedia logo without permission from the Wikimedia Foundation, which owns international trademark rights to this name, and the copyright to the logo and any derivative version.
This is an unauthorized use, and whatever your intentions are, you are in violation of national and international copyright and trademark law if you continue it. The fact that you are soliciting money in someone else's name is making matters worse.
I would ask you at this point to take down myanmarwikipedia.org and to work with us in figuring out a solution for the Myanmar Wikipedia community that makes sense. We are willing to support technical development of automatic converters, so that users can be active in a single community. We are not predisposed to any particular solution, except for a desire to promote open source and open standards as we move forward.
You are _not_ legally permitted to continue to use the name myanmarwikipedia.org and the Wikipedia logo in the manner in which you are using it. Please stop.
Dear Mr Moeller,
Thanks for your clear message.
We will change logo to the one attached. And domain name to wikimyanmar.org.
Let me know it is agreedable to Wikipedia Foundation. We will do the changes in two day time.
BTW, myanmarwikipeida.org is registerred by Ko Ngwe Tun.
Sorry for inconvienent cause.
Best regards, Okisan

Legally, that is fine. Practically, I find it sad. The Wikimedia Foundation has been more than willing to support technical improvements that make the Myanmar Wikipedia more accessible to a larger number of users. The method you have chosen, the creation of a separate community, will not scale, and we cannot support it.

I doubt it.

True. But no choice.

That is NOT TRUE. You have a choice.

Why do you doubt it? You have me here personally telling you that we want to do this.

Why do you say "no choice"? You have a choice.

Just "we want to do this" is not enough. You have to do it right.

It is not me, of course I have any choice. But the poeple don't have a choice.

Of course the people have a choice. I don't know why you suggest otherwise! There is no need for myanmarwikipedia.org to exist at all.

I am sorry. I was angry with everything. I know Wikipedia Foundation will do right in any dreadful situation.

As a matter of fact, I was against for at the begining. But finally think, it is even better another community if my.wikipedia.org is going to that direction without an option for zawgyi.
