hi,
Thank you for the heads up on the April INCOTM, Pratik.
The article on Gandhi seems quite comprehensive, what seems to be missing, really? Can we do a quick peer review to understand where the article is lacking. I think this will give a better idea of where we stand. From the talk page, it seems the article was last peer reviewed only on February 17, 2006.
Also, suggest adding a GLAM COTM from April 2012. My personal recommendation would be to work on improving the article of a GLAM institution in India to GA/FA status. This shall be on trial basis, to help the nascent GLAM community in India to try effectiveness of GLAM COTMs. We thank you for considering this.

Heya,
Hope you all are doing good!
Please nominate for the next month's COTMhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_India/Collaborations_of_the_monthon the nominations pagehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_India/Collaborations_of_the_month/Nominations. There have already been two nominations - Ram Waeerkarhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ram_Waeerkar&Indian National Pledgehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_National_Pledge . As suggested by the community members, now onwards, the nominations & voting will take place on the nominations page itself and not on the India Notice Board.
As far as the GA/FA article - Mohandas Karamchand Gandhihttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mohandas_Karamchand_Gandhiis concerned, I've come to know from AshLin that it's getting quite difficult to get it to the GA Level. Especially the referencing part. So, shall we opt out of this and start working on a new article for the 'GA of the month' from April onwards? I'd like to hear on this from as many of you.
