Hi there,

I sent an email last week asking about the process to request sponsorship for the annual FemBot Edit-a-Thon, which this year is at the University of Maryland. This is my fifth time hosting this annual event and this could be the first time we actually have a chapter sponsor!

Here is who is sponsoring us so far:

African American History, Culture, and Digital Humanities (AADHum) Initiative The College of Arts and Humanities Department of Communication, UMD-CP Department of English, UMD-CP Department of Women’s Studies, UMD-CP Digital Systems and Stewardship, University of Maryland Libraries Feminist Majority Foundation LGBT Equity Center Maryland Institute of Technology in the Humanities Ms. Magazine

It's a two day event and I'm totally down for WM DC to display banners and swag, and we'd love a financial sponsorship for refreshments or food of some sort.

I'll also be in Washington from March 10-15. I haven't heard from anyone so I'm hoping a few of you are available for a drink.
