Please note that as you know there were procedural issues around the approval process -- your bylaws were not fully reviewed -- and because of that WM DC should address in a reasonable amount of time the concerns raised on meta ( http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Wikimedia_District_of_Columbia/Bylaws#Se...) in cooperation with the Chapters committee. Please pass this note on to your board.
