Attached is the agenda for the meeting. Following the organizational meeting of our new non-profit organization, we will be discussing planning for Wikimania 2012.
James,
A very important part of the meeting is to discuss our plans, activities and what people want to do over the summer and next months. (besides planning Wikimania)
Let's have this earlier in the agenda, as many of these things are time sensitive and we can't just put them off until future meetings. Not all of these need long discussion.
* We have upcoming meetups
** ~May 24 with Liam Wyatt ** NARA 2 meetup sometime this summer (possibly June 11, but we might postpone to July) ** Great American Wiknic on June 25 (we need input to choose the location)
* Wikipedia Takes DC (or most likely Baltimore, coordinating with folks at Baltimore Heritage)
* Continuation of the campus ambassadors program, including at Georgetown
* State of the GLAM: GLAMCamp NYC coming up, Wikipedians in Residence this summer
* GLAM-Wiki DC symposium possibly in the fall, probably at LOC or NARA.
* Outreach activities: Activities could include us doing local library workshops
* What else are people interested in?
Cheers, Katie

Hi all,
I regret that I am going to be unable to attend this Saturday, I'll be in San Francisco. I'll also, sadly, be in Indianapolis during the "Great American Wiknic." Conference season for me has begun!
I also think the open house with the Embassy's sounds cool..a year here and I have still yet to visit an Embassy.
GLAM has been kicking ass lately, and I look forward to seeing what happens this summer and after GLAMcamp. However, there are other areas for us to extend to, and I think the idea of library workshops is a nice concept - reach out to the public, expand on coverage and encourage involvement in any way we can.
I look forward to the minutes from the meeting and seeing some of you at GLAMcamp in a few weeks in New York!
Sarah
