Hi all!
Thanks for taking the quick poll -- we will have a New England Wikimedians end-of-year meetup on Sat Dec 17th, from 1-4pm.
There will be snacks, discussions and camaraderie! We'll talk about what we've done this year, what we want to do next year, and any other topics people find intriguing.
It will be in downtown Boston, at 665 Washington Street, Boston, MA, very near Boston Common. In the midst of your busy late December, I hope that we can celebrate another year of Wikipedia activities together.
More details soon! Please RSVP to myself & Abhishek: phoebe.ayers@gmail.com & i.abhishek.suryawanshi@gmail.com
best, Phoebe
Hi all,
Don't forget that we have a New England Wikimedians meetup scheduled 1-3pm (not 1-4p) this Saturday -- https://www.meetup.com/wikipedia-5/events/236188696/
It will be at the Kensington building in the conference room, at 665 Washington in downtown boston; please let Abhishek know if you're coming so he can put you on the concierge list to get in.
In or around Boston? Come join us for a slice of pizza, some holiday cookies, and a good conversation about what we're working on, what future plans might be for the group, the role of Wikipedia in a post-truth world, and more.
