I saw two news items this week that might be of interest to the Boston group:

- The WMF is seeking a Wikipedian to serve as a full-time fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. - Harvard's libraries have put the metadata on 12 million items in their collection in the public domain: http://www.hyperorg.com/blogger/2012/04/24/2b2keverythingismiscbig-data-for-... metadata consists of information about books, such as sizes, and sometimes tables of contents.
