Hello Coira! This sounds so lovely -- how long an event are you imagining?
Do you expect mainly current students, others from the area?
One way someone can help is with creating accounts / debugging account
logins when the event starts. Another is setting up a dashboard to track
the contributions of participants.

Hi Wikimedia Boston!
My name is Coira Williams and I am an Archives Student Assistant at Mount
Holyoke College Archives and Special Collections. We're thinking of hosting
an Edit-A-Thon on March 8, to improve information on Mount Holyoke's
extensive network of alumnae.
I'm sending this message to a: soft-launch the event, and b: ask for
help. Though I have ample experience with editing on my own, I need help
with teaching others and effectively communicating Wikimedia protocol.
Please let me know if you or anyone you know would be interested; whether
in-person or virtually.
Thank you for your interest and patience. Hope to see some of y'all soon!
Sincerely,
Coira
