Wikipedia & the wikimedia foundation have started a year-long strategic planning process.  You can see some of it at this new site:  http://strategy.wikimedia.org

Tonight @ 8pm there's an informal chat at Berkman about the future of wikipedia, this sort of open planning process, and the long-term implications of wiki knowledge creation (e.g., for primary sources and translation databases).   JZ and I and a few other opinionated souls will be there.
