Opportunities with Wikimedia Aotearoa New Zealand
Our neighbours Wikimedia Aotearoa New Zealand are hiring an Executive Advisor https://www.seek.co.nz/job/68549994. This role will suit someone who comes from a strong senior administration or coordination background, ideally a PA/Executive support role. They are also seeking proposals for a Wikipedian-at-Large (WPAL) project https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Aotearoa_New_Zealand#Wikipedian-at-Large_(WPAL)_project to be held in 2024. This follows a previous WPAL that increased public awareness of Wikimedia projects and recruited new editors. Submissions close 15 September 2023. Further details can be found here https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Aotearoa_New_Zealand.

We know likes and follows aren’t everything, but social media is one way we share the amazing work our community does.
