प्रिय विकिमीडिआ सदस्यों,
सामुदायिक संसाधन (Community Resources) टीम अपने वर्तमान अनुदान कार्यक्रमों,
वार्षिक योजना अनुदान (Annual Plan Grants), सरल वार्षिक योजना (Simple Annual
Plan) अनुदान, परियोजना अनुदान (Project Grants) और रैपिड अनुदान (Rapid
Grants) की समीक्षा कर रही है ताकि हम रणनीतिक दिशा के अंतर्गत इक्विटी पर
ध्यान केंद्रित कर एक संपन्न आंदोलन का निर्माण करें। नए स्वरूप की प्रक्रिया
आंदोलन रणनीति की सिफारिशों के आसपास की चर्चाओं को ध्यान में रखेगी। यह
आवेदकों और अनुदानों से प्रत्यक्ष प्रतिक्रिया को एकीकृत करेगा जो हमें पिछले
पांच वर्षों में प्राप्त हुआ है। यह विकसित होने के साथ-साथ समुदाय के सदस्यों
से भी प्रतिक्रिया लेना जारी रखेगा।
हम अनुदान कार्यक्रमों के लिए नए मॉडल की ओर बढ़ना चाहते हैं जिसे वैश्विक
परिषद (Global Council) के व्यापक संसाधन आवंटन चर्चा में आगे बढ़ाया जा सके।
इस प्रक्रिया में हम जाँच कर रहे हैं:

हमारे कार्यक्रम और समझ जो हम संबोधित कर रहे हैं, उनकी जरूरतें हैं, और
रणनीतिक दिशा प्राप्त करने के लिए कौन से तत्व हैं।

पेज [1] पर, अनुदान प्रक्रिया के सिंहावलोकन और समयरेखा के बारे में जान सकते
है। हम नई प्रक्रिया [2] के बारे में किसी भी प्रश्न का उत्तर देने के लिए
जनवरी 2021 में अलग अलग क्षेत्रों के समय अनुसार बैठक आयोजित करेंगे।
फरवरी 2021 में, हम नई अनुदान रणनीति के लिए एक प्रस्ताव प्रकाशित करेंगे। हम
आपको प्रस्तावित विचारों की समीक्षा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करेंगे। आप
प्रस्तावित अनुदान कार्यक्रमों पर विकी और अन्य चैनलों के माध्यम से
प्रतिक्रिया दे सकेंगे। भाग लेने की जानकारी मेटा-विकी पेज [1] पर साझा की
जाएगी। जब प्रतिक्रिया अवधि समाप्त हो जाती है, तो सामुदायिक संसाधन टीम सभी
समुदाय इनपुट की समीक्षा करेगी और रीडिज़ाइन को पूरा करने के लिए अंतिम
समायोजन करेगी। मार्च 2021 में, सामुदायिक संसाधन टीम सुझाए गए परिवर्तनों की
समीक्षा कर उन्हें शामिल करेगी और विकिमीडिया फाउंडेशन के नेतृत्व द्वारा
अनुमोदन के लिए अंतिम प्रस्ताव भेजेगी। इसमें आपका समर्थन आवश्यक है ताकि हम
मिलकर अनुदान कार्यक्रम बनाएं जो आपके लिए उपयोगी हो और हमारे समुदायों के लिए

Dear All,
The Access to Knowledge (A2K) team at CIS has been engaged with work on
research on Indian language Wikimedia projects as part of the APG since
2019. This year, following up on our learnings from work so far, we are
undertaking a needs assessment exercise to understand a) the awareness
about research within Indian language Wikimedia communities, and identify
existing projects if any, and b) to gather community inputs on knowledge
gaps and priority areas of focus and the role of research in addressing the
same.
