PubSubHubbub (PuSH for short) is a push-based notification mechanism. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PubSubHubbub. We plan to implement it for wikidata.org. The code is at https://git.wikimedia.org/tree/mediawiki%2Fextensions%2FPubSubHubbub
