Hello,

Wikimedia Sverige has the chance to apply for around €10 000 from the Swedish Innovation Agency for creating a metadata description in DCAT-AP for LOD datasets.[1] Obviously we want to use this to benefit Wikidata.

DCAT-AP is a standard used by the EC and is also a W3C recommendation[2].

As I have understood it so far, to make this work there is a file that we need to make (in RDFa) and publish.[3] Do you see anything that could be a blocker for this?
