hi,

we are now backing up user databases (u_%) on all three database servers. this means the data will be restored if the server fails, or we move to another server. additionally, the backups are now copied to an off-site server, making data loss less likely.

please take a moment to look at your user databases, and drop any that you no longer need; these databases use a lot of space both on the SQL servers, and on the backup server.
