Summary: save page generator output
Initial Comment:
When calling pagegenerators.py directly from the command line, it is handy to save the
output for post-processing or use as input into replace.py -file page generator. This
patch provides a -output argument.
As this patch does not handle unicode page names, it needs improvement before it should be
committed.
