Initial Comment: in pl.wikt we do not link to ru.wikt. a new option is required -nonewlink (or simillar). It should work like -neverlink but having a list of languages it should leave already present iw links and not add new links from selected languages. Examples: having iw.links in article: [[aa:test]] [[bb:test]] [[cc:test]] and -nonewlink:bb argument the result should be: 1. bb:test exist [[aa:test]] [[bb:test]] [[cc:test]] 2. bb:test does not exist: [[aa:test]] [[cc:test]] regardless of the iw links from other languages.

Message: Closing this issue as "Rejected". Pywikipediabot is not to be used as a tool for politics. If you insist in having your bot behave differently from the standards, I advise you to make a local patch, and not allow bots that run the normal implementation on your wiki (sounds ridiculous yet?). This will not be implemented in pywikipediabot.

Message: Is it allowed by the foundation? Anyway, I would suggest not to encourage this approach by bot.

Message: Sorry, why don't you link to ru.wikt? That sounds absolutely ridiculous to me.
