I guess this is a talk page? Links to other sites should be writen as [[:site:page title]]. Links without preleading colon are recognized as interwiki links. Maybe we should change this for talk pages as mw does.

Yes, this is a talk page. In my opinion cosmetic_changes should be enabled only after the user agreement. There are many situations when it is useless and mess the article, especially when I'm operating at pl.wiki.

This is not from cosmetic changes. If cc are off it keeps off. This is due to the interlanguage links without preleading colon. This is normaly interpreted as iw-links. cosmetic changes is fixed for this stuff but add_text isn't yet.
