Initial Comment: Hello, It would be fine while doing nonautonomously interwiki in another namespace (mainly in category) when bot find interwiki to anoter namespace

NOTE: en:Category:Foo is in namespace 14, but de:Foo is in namespace 0. follow it anyway? (Y/N)

to add new option nameSpace, which means bot to try find de:CATEGORY:Foo in the correct namespace
