Summary: movepages.py generates a false error
Initial Comment: When mass moving pages, movepages.py reports that "page move failed: target page [[whatever]] already exists" But the page does not exist, and the move was successful. This occurs consistently.

This is worse than just an error in movepages.py. I can't get the framework to move pages at all without getting this exception. Any use of the move page method throws it. And, as said above, the exception is thrown after the page is moved successfully.
