Just looked at the last svn chnages and thought this patch could be good to apply, in fact it just chnages some comments, but I think it's needed, may be you too. ;)
I did not open a ticket since I do no think it is THAT relevant, beacuse it's not a bug.

This is more a philosophical question and one of personal oppinion.
The first part was reformatting, for human-readability and changing to doxygen commenting style, for later use if wished, since the part below with @params is already in doxygen style. For consitency if you like. ;) The part

was due to the fact that """...""" IS NOT A COMMENT BUT a function description IF PUT RIGHT AFTER THE HEADER, but not "in the middle of nowhere"... :)
