Summary: Incorrect #redirect string for Vietnamese localization
Initial Comment:
In r6292, family.py, line 3234, the Vietnamese localization for "#redirect" is
incorrect. It is given in combining Unicode characters: U+0110 U+00F4 U+0309 U+0069.
However, the correct token recognized by MediaWiki is "đổi", with the following
precomposed characters: U+0110, U+1ED5, U+0069. This discrepancy is causing bots to break
countless redirects at the Vietnamese Wikipedia. Example:
