Summary: featured.py: Add 'Link FA' again for hi and yi
Initial Comment:
Both, hiwiki and yiwiki do use Template:Link_FA, the pages hi:Template:Lien AdQ and
yi:Template: are only redirects.
By re-adding 'Link FA' to the langs arrays, Template:Link_FA will be used by the
bot (otherewise those redirects).
