the European Commission has launched a consultation to get feedback on their Inception Feedback Assessment on measures to further improve effectiveness of the fight against illegal content online. The instruction and the link to the document to comment upon are specified and linked up on meta. I also attach the pdf prepared by the EC for your convenience.
