There was an issue with the Mailman server following network maintenance that caused mail delivery to stop since about 2023-03-07 14:35 UTC.
It was restarted at 2023-03-09 16:02 UTC, but it will take a bit of time for it to clear through the backlog. By the time you get this email it should be all caught up.
