Hi.
Regarding account requests and the test wiki generally: unless there's a _really_ good reason, wikis should not restrict account creation and then rely on a public mailing list in order to request an account. It looks like the use of this extension is already tied to a specific MediaWiki user group, so I can't see any reason to restrict account creation on this test wiki. Setting up a requests page on this test wiki would be a much better approach, in my opinion.

hi MZMcBride,
we want to continue to restrict access to this wiki as we don’t see a “general public” need for it. i have added a request account method, using Extension:ConfirmAccount, that i think will provide enough of a filter for now and will hopefully take care of the issue from your point of view as well.
with kind regards, dan

Would it be possible for me to get an account on the GW Toolset as well? I'm going to be meeting with some people at the Biodiversity Heritage Library in a few weeks, and they've been thinking about donating the public domain outputs of the Art of Life project [1] to the Commons -- I'd like to let them what the state-of-the-art in GLAM uploads looks like!
