Could a list admin check the subscribers and compare with https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListUsers&group=gwtoolset?
I'm thinking it might be useful to post a standard welcome notice for new users of the tool, including an invite to join this list to discuss their experiences and initial reactions. Once you have used the tool a couple of times, it is easy to forget which niggles took the most time to get your head around.

BTW, who took care of assigning GWToolset right on Commons?
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons_talk:GLAMwiki_Toolset
We requested the rights almost three weeks ago :-)
Thanks
Charles

You can't expect people to find it if you put it on a random talk page :P See https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Requests_for_rights#Translation_a...

Thanks

" If so, ask the person responsible for your metadata to request a GWToolset key on the talk page. "
I change the instruction right now
Thanks FAe for the moving of our request :-D

Charles, I see odder is asking questions, which is good. :-)
I suggest you name a project you intend to start using the tool on first (even if you change your mind later). That should be a sufficient rationale to grant the right.

Hi Charles,
The right is now allocated by Bureaucrat review. I have moved your requests to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Bureaucrats%27_noticeboard#GWToolset_right_for_CH_accounts. It normally only takes a day.

Coming back to the original topic, I have started a simple table of users against projects on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:GWToolset_users.
Could a couple of folks add themselves there, I'm feeling a bit lonely. :-)

I have created a standard welcome notice that Bureaucrats or others can apply after granting the GWToolset right, see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:GLAMwiki_Toolset_Project/Welcome. It is a draft, feel free to improve it.
Steinsplitter is planning on sending this out later today for all currents owners of the GWToolset right.
Note, as a group of users we are looking a bit tardy in creating project pages for our work. The intention of the above notice is to make it best practice that we set up project pages in advance of using the GWT for large batch upload projects. If we fail to do this, then most volunteers will be left in the dark on where to contribute with ideas for improvement or to discuss any issues they may spot.
