Ugh, my apologies! I mistakenly processed the wrong test file in the batch uploader which
loaded quite a few incorrect images into the beta site. Is there a way to delete these?
There was an error in my xml file (forgot to close a bracket on a wiki template). They are
the ones uploaded from username Ndalyrose from between the time of 14:06, 28 May 2015 and
17:44, 28 May 2015. (The previous files are ok). This morning I tried to upload correct
ones and they're not showing up so I'm wondering if this is related.

The only publicly available log is
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log/gwtoolset . If you need
to search that log for a specific file, or something, I can probably
help with that.
(There is also a job queue log which isn't publicly available. However
it would probably not be very useful to you)

Also, you should be advised, there was some sort of bug on commons where some files have
their image description page missing, including a bunch of files for when you used
gwtoolset and when user:Neuchâtel_Herbarium did. And they're now missing all the
copyright data :S
