Thanks for the email. I have been thinking along the same lines. I met a photographer filmmaker who lives in Ghana. I can in contact with him while working on an article about Shiare. While working on the article I discovered that a lot of the towns in the northern district (Nkwanta) were had no wikidata items or Wikipedia articles. I thought it would be great if at these the towns could have Wikicommons photos.
