I have been thinking along the same lines.
I met a photographer  filmmaker  who lives in Ghana. I can in contact with him while working on an article  about Shiare. 
While working on the article I discovered that a lot of the towns in the northern district (Nkwanta) were had no wikidata items or Wikipedia articles. 
I thought it would be great if at these the towns could have Wikicommons photos. 
Ishmeal is professional and would need to at have a stipend.

Ismael sent me photos he took that are on his Google drive. Because most of  them were stamped copywritten I could not use them. He uploaded  3 photos to Wikicommons that I was able to use. 

I had a  zoom edit session with him in regards to Shiare.
