Hello again,
The West Africa Hub Research team is conducting a research on Initiative
25: Regional and thematic hubs in West Africa and your responses will be of
utmost importance to us in conducting this research.
In view of this, we've created a survey to engage Wikimedia community
members of the West African subregion's perception of Wikimedians on hubs.
The primary goal of this survey is to help us understand;
1. What do African volunteers in West Africa think about hubs?
2. What obstacles these hubs in West Africa can address?
The questionnaire will help us understand the perspectives of communities
in West Africa, as well as provide a description of how a hub should be set
up.
This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.

Thanks.

Communications Manager,
Hubs Research in West Africa
Rebonjour,
L'objectif principal de cette enquête est de nous aider à comprendre;

Merci.

Dear Stakeholders,
The Office of the UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth is looking for the
next generation of Young Leaders for the Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs)
*About the ‘Young Leaders for the SDGs’ Flagship Initiative:*
On a biennial basis, 17 outstanding young leaders from across various
sectors are recognized for their agency, courage and ingenuity in finding
lasting solutions to the world’s greatest challenges.
Throughout the two-year term, these 17 Young Leaders will engage young
people for the 2030 Agenda, not only through their existing initiatives,
platforms and networks but through advocacy opportunities with the United
Nations and its partners.
Becoming a Young Leader is a title of recognition from the United Nations
for young people who are excelling in their contributions to helping
deliver on the SDGs in their communities.
Applications for the 2022 Class are now open
<https://un.submittable.com/submit/218118/apply-to-be-a-young-leader-2022> and
will close on 31 March 2022! Young people from all over the world between
the ages of 15 and 29 years are encouraged to apply.
