Yes, why not. WMDE had a Wikipedian in Residence at ZDF 2nd mayor
broadcasting corp in 2013. They have archives full of content. To get it
under CC BY is difficult but could be valid content to Wikipedia. But more
it could be valuable content to reuse which is basic idea of free knowledge.
Is the GLAM lable important by the way?
