Hi Joris,
As this project proceeds, I think it would be great to profile it on the
Wikimedia blog. Please let me know if you would like to prepare something
and we can work to publish it there when the time is right.
thanks!

Hi all,
As you might, or might not, have seen, we (OKFN+Wikimedia+Creative
Commons) are currently working on a short booklet where we explain the use
of open licenses to contemporary artists and the consequences of it. We
will design the document with openly licensed artworks and hope to have a
couple of interviews with these artists about how they work with open
licenses. I recently asked for suggestions for artists to approach and
already got quite a few very good ones, but do share if you know more!
An other thing we would like to include, is interviews with people working
at GLAM's and how this works for them. Or the other way around, what they
*can't *do when works are not openly licensed. So if you have a story to
share, do let me know!
Finally we will include a couple of user stories, this can of course be
Wikimedians using works to improve articles, but anybody working with
openly licensed art is more than welcome to share.
Looking forward hearing from you!
All the best,
