Hoi,
That slide points to where the problem is. WMF decides priority for its
personnel. In the case of ops they had a very capable guy from India move
to the USA and thereby reducing support. Yes, Yuvi we love your work as
well and as much. It would be better when WMF takes into account what the
priorities elsewhere are.

I doubt that this will make difference that is why it would be really
beneficial when chapters take an active role. Yes, Labs is better than
Toolserver but it had at least support from Germany.
