In the case of ops they had a very capable guy from India move to the USA and thereby reducing support. Yes, Yuvi we love your work as well and as much. It would be better when WMF takes into account what the priorities elsewhere are.</div><div><br></div><div>I doubt that this will make difference that is why it would be really beneficial when chapters take an active role. I'd love to offer round-the-clock support, Gerard, but we simply do not have the staff to do this. Between the three of us, we cover about 12-14 hours 5 days a week (given timezones); we'd need to more than double our staff to realistically cover al 168 hours.<span><font color="#888888"><br>
