As you see in the Ipblocklist, the last user successful blocked useing a very long ID, after the upgrade of the MediaWiki system, the user name was truncated. That's maybe why this list doesn't work any more. So, could any developer fix the problem? Or, if it's a bug, please fix it in the next upgrade.

No, the problem isn't the long ID, the problem is this:

The Chinese and English versions are around the wrong way, you need to swap them. See

for an example of how it's meant to be done.
