Chinese wikipedia (zh.wikipedia) admins can't block vandalic users from Oct. 18, 2005. Please compare http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Ipblocklist and http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=block for more details.
As you see in the Ipblocklist, the last user successful blocked useing a very long ID, after the upgrade of the MediaWiki system, the user name was truncated. That's maybe why this list doesn't work any more. So, could any developer fix the problem? Or, if it's a bug, please fix it in the next upgrade.
