原告之代表律師昨日向法官表示，原告把訴狀送達被告後，被告並無提交文件回應。而今次原告申請勝訴判決的傳票，亦已在3月4日送予被告，被告亦選擇不回應，而昨日亦沒派人出席聆訊。法官因此接納原告申請，頒令禁止發布涉案誹謗文字，並要被告向原告賠償。原告原本亦要求被告披露兩段涉案文字的點擊率，不過法官認為，此資料只涉及釐定賠償金額，故決定交由聆案官處理。
