Hi everyone,
My name is Ashraf, I'm a member in the arabic version of Wikipedia
under the name "Ash2005". I wanted to mention that the Chinese
encyclopedia includes an article about The history of Islam whic has
this name "阿拉伯帝国" in Chinese. That article contains a claimed picture
to be for the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, and this might not
be good for the majority of muslims, since drawing a picture for the
prophet considered to be a fake thing and an insult for the islamic
faith. Unfortunatily I can't read Chinese, and going to that article
was by chance so I didn't want to edit it by myself, because the
admins might think I was playing with theencycopedia.
Muslims like to have good relations with the Chinese nation, and I
want to be a friend with them too. so take care and have a nice time.
